About the Company and Opportunity: Accounts Receivable Specialist Our client, a well-established organization in Oregon City, is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a close-knit accounting department in a business-casual office environment. Overview of the role: Accounts Receivable Specialist Process all cash receipts and accurately apply payments to the correct accounts. Manage customer account reconciliations and handle company-wide billings. Respond to customer inquiries and emails throughout the day. Issue credit memos to clients and vendors. Assist with special projects and provide backup support to accounts payable as needed. Handle AR needs across multiple company entities. Preferred Qualifications: Accounts Receivable Specialist Strong attention to detail, with minimal tolerance for errors or typos Ability to think critically and make informed decisions Willingness to ask questions to ensure tasks are completed accurately Outgoing and friendly demeanor, coupled with the ability to focus and complete tasks independently INAPR2025 ZRCFS
