Accounts Receivable Specialist Our client is seeking a skilled Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their dynamic team. In this crucial role, you will be primarily handling invoice imports, refunds, and write-offs, while also serving as the assistant and key backup for recording large payments and supporting AR functions across multiple entities. Overview: Import invoices and upload them to the accounting system Ensure accuracy and completeness of invoice data across multiple entities Process customer refunds Handle write-offs with appropriate documentation and approvals Serve as the assistant and primary backup for recording two large incoming wire payments Match wire payments to the correct invoices and resolve any discrepancies Reconcile and research transactions when funds are transferred to different bank accounts Generate and review AR-related reports for tracking and analysis Perform AR tasks across multiple entities while adhering to entity-specific accounting procedures Preferred Qualifications for the role: Experience with posting payments and researching discrepancies Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external contacts The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Exposure to multi-entity accounting Please email your resume for immediate consideration.
