Friday, October 20, 2023 Accounting Specialist What We Need FLEETCOR is currently looking to hire an Accounting Specialist within our Payments Division. This position falls under our Corpay line of business and is located in Beaverton, OR. In this role the Accounting Specialist assists in the payment automation process through daily interaction with customers using our products. This position's primary duties are assisting with posting and processing payments. Regular duties include product installation and training, detailed payment resolution support and providing testing and development assistance with new and existing integrations. This highly visible position requires strong phone and customer service skills and a high level of proactive problem solving and follow through. How We Work As an Accounting Specialist, we set you up for success by providing: - Assigned workspace office set up - Formal, hands-on training Responsibilities: - Utilizing multiple applications provided by FLEETCOR in order to assist customers efficiently and in a timely manner - Demonstrating a high attention to detail - Effective oral and written communications with customers, department personnel and management - Providing internal and external with accurate account information in a fast pace environment - Good interpersonal skills and team work awareness - Multi-tasking, listening, inputting data, probing, providing solutions, navigating through various screens while applying basic customer satisfaction techniques Qualifications & Skills - 3+ years of accounting experience - Analytical and general math skills are required - Must be organized, able to communicate effectively and comfortably on the phone with customers - Automated clearing house and credit card industry experience required - Microsoft Word and Excel experience is required - Have the ability to work independently - Need to be focused, detail-oriented, and self-motivated - Detail oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills

This salary range is provided for locations which require such disclosure. Where a position or applicant may fall in a particular wage range varies depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience, training, licensure and certifications (if applicable), and other business and organization needs. The disclosed range has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic markets. At FLEETCOR, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. An estimate of the minimum and maximum salary range is $50,000.00-$60,000.00.
