Job Description:
Description:
Draft, review, approve, and release procedures and documents to
maintain compliance with organizational and regulatory
standards.
Manage and maintain document databases, ensuring accurate document
numbering and version control.
Liaise with various departments to gather, review, and approve
documents and quality records.
Upload documents to our electronic learning management system and
oversee the proper storage, retrieval, and archiving of paper
documents and records.
Assist in preparing documentation for external audits and
certifications, including quality audits.
Conduct training sessions for employees on document control
processes, quality standards, and best practices.
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive documents,
quality records, and information

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Associate degree in Business Administration, Information
Management, Quality Management, Science-related field, or a related
field; or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in document control, quality
management, or a related field.
Strong computer skills and Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving
skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced
environment.
